The MC 400 - Onboard Weighing System for cranes allows you to accurately manage the flow of products, improve equipment utilization and increase profits. Primarily used on wheel loaders, the system increases the efficiency of loading trucks, wagons, and hoppers. The MC 400 collects and displays load data and reference totals for use by the operator and for management analysis.
Operators can preset a target load and the system will display the actual load in the bucket, the momentary total and the balance to be loaded. The MC 400 graphically displays count-up and count-down sequence for loading, unloading or transferring materials and all payload information.

The MC 400 - Onboard Weighing System accurately measures the load dynamically while keeping track of up to 1000 different customers and 100 different products. The system stores records of the previous 9000 loadings..
The last bucket tipoff feature permits the operator to displace materials in the last bucket. This allows the operator to efficiently load to the required target amount, thus saving time and money for both the customers and management.
System calibration is easily performed directly through the system console. Calibration data can be permanently stored in the system memory for up to 3 different attachments.

Versatile Windows®-based software is capable of utilizing and storing all data from up to 99 loaders, and the previous 9000 loadings per loader.
